Overview
T7 at a glance
A compact cell for CNC turning lathes. Raw parts go on the loading conveyor, IROVISION locates them without fixtures, and the ceiling-mounted robot loads the chuck. Finished parts land on a rotary outfeed conveyor, so no long unloading conveyor is needed.
Cell dimensions and conveyor sizes for this model are set per project. Ask us for a layout for your lathe.
Reference
Seven years on a Doosan Puma lathe
We visited a T Series cell we commissioned seven years ago. Coolant has marked the paint; the cell is still in production, every shift.
Cell size depends on your lathe and its working envelope. Send us the lathe model for a layout.

One single platform
Built, crated and shipped as one piece
Every IROCUBE leaves our hall as a finished, tested cell. It arrives the same way, so production starts days after delivery, not weeks.

Included in every T Series cell
Standard equipment
Everything you need to run your first part. Robot fingers are made for one part you choose.
Cell concept
- Single platformRobot, conveyors, camera and cabinet on one base frame, sized to the lathe's working envelope.
- Robot positioningCeiling-mounted, keeps the floor in front of the lathe free.
Part feeding
- Loading conveyorThe operator puts raw parts on the belt. No fixtures, no trays to arrange.
- IROVISION cameraLocates each part and its orientation and sends the pick position to the robot.
Part unloading
- Rotary outfeed conveyorA compact rotating table collects finished parts. No long unloading conveyor needed.
Robot and gripper
- 6-axis FANUC robotLoads and unloads the chuck, presenting the part at the right angle.
- Gripper for one partFingers designed and made for one part you nominate. More parts are options.
Safety and control
- Safety enclosureGuarded cell with operator access, safety devices and interlocks.
- Touchscreen PCOperator interface for IROVISION and cell control.
Documentation
- Technical documentationManuals, electrical and pneumatic drawings.
- Risk analysisSafety functions and risk analysis, shared with you. CE marked.

Configure the T7
Choose the robot and the options you are interested in. Nothing is binding: we use your selection to prepare a concept and a quote.
Plan your run
How long can it run unattended?
Enter your part size and cycle time to see how many parts fit on the conveyors and how many hours the cell runs between operator visits.
Beyond the standard models
Your parts don't fit a standard cell?
Heavier parts, a longer reach, two machines with one robot, or extra process steps: we build IROCUBE cells to order on the same platform. Larger robots, such as a 25 kg M25, are a project, not a problem.
- Heavier partsRobots with higher payloads, sized to your part and gripper.
- Longer reachLarger machines, larger chucks, longer conveyors.
- More machinesOne robot tending two machines, or dual-robot lines.
- More process stepsWashing, deburring, measuring, leak testing, marking.
