IROVISION

Vision for picking, checking and reading parts

Built on the HALCON machine vision libraries, IROVISION handles parts of different geometry, material and finish, with far more tools than an off-the-shelf smart camera.

Fixture-free picking. Locates parts in any orientation and sends exact pick coordinates to the robot.
Fast part training. 2D matching, or training from CAD where it applies. New part, new model on the screen.
Inspection and verification. Checks critical features and defects inline.
Traceability. Reads markings and codes and logs the results.
